DHAKA, March 7, 2023 (BSS) - State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak today launched national mobile browser ‘Torjoni’ commemorating the historic March 7 speech of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

 The launching event was held at Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) auditorium with BCC Executive Director Ranjit Kumar in the chair.

ICT Division Secretary Md. Shamsul Arefin, Dhaka University Institute of Information Technology (IIT)’s Professor Dr BM Mainul Hossain and Digital Literacy Center Project Director Saiful Alam Khan addressed the event, among others.

The browser was made under the initiative of ICT Division.

Earlier, the state minister paid homage to Bangabandhu by placing a wreath at his sculpture on the premises ICT Tower in the city’s Agargaon area.

ICT Division Secretary Md. Shamsul Arefin and senior officials of the division were present on the occasion.
