DHAKA, Feb 17, 2023 (BSS) - Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country having chances of light rain or drizzle at one or two places over Khulna and Barishal divisions.

Light to moderate fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during early morning, said a met office weather forecast for the next twenty-four hours beginning from 9am on Friday.

Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.

Ridge of sub-continental high extends up to Bihar and adjoining area. Seasonal low lies over South Bay.

Country's maximum temperature on Thursday was recorded at 31.3 degree celsius at Teknaf and minimum temperature today was recorded at 12.3 degree celsius at Srimangal.
