DHAKA, Feb 6, 2023 (BSS) - Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the casualties of lives and properties in a devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

In a condolence message, the Prime Minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved families.

She said that the government and people of Bangladesh are standing by the side of Turkey and Syria during this crisis.

Sheikh Hasina assured all kinds of cooperation on behalf of her government and wished for quick recovery of the wounded people.
