DHAKA, Jan 31, 2023 (BSS) - Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today

predicted that weather may remain dry with partly cloudy sky over the country
in the next 24 hours commencing 9am today.

"Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over river basins and adjoining
area and light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere over the country during
late night till tomorrow morning," said a met office release here today.

However, night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may fall
slightly over the country.

Country's maximum temperature on Monday was recorded 31.3 degrees Celsius at
Sylhet, while the minimum temperature today was 11.4 degrees Celsius at
Srimangal.

The sun sets at 5.44 pm today and rises at 6.40 am tomorrow in the capital.
