NETRAKONA, Jan 21, 2023 (BSS) - A two- day long folk cultural festival concluded here today with a call for properly nurturing and preserving traditional folk songs to further enrich the country's cultural heritage.
 
State Minister for Social Welfare and valiant freedom fighter Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru formally inaugurated the festival on Friday last.
 
Udichi Shilpigosthi Netrakona district unit organized the folk festival on Netrakona central Shaheed minar premises. 

The festival featured singing of patriotic songs and bard songs, staging of drama and Jatra pala. 

People from all walks of life joined the festival.
