DHAKA, April 29, 2023 (BSS) - Awami League's membership renewal and new member collection programme began in Rangpur division with renewing Prime Minister's ICT Adviser Sajeeb Wazed Joy's membership.

AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader inaugurated the programme at AL's Bangabandhu Avenue central office here.

After renewal of Joy's membership, Obaidul Quader renewed his membership followed by AL Presidium Member Shajahan Khan, Joint General Secretary and Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud, Treasurer HN Ashiqur Rahman, Dinajpur district AL President Mostafizur Rahman Fizar, Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi, Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan, AL Organizing Secretary Sujit Roy Nandi, Deputy Office Secretary Sayem Khan and Central Working Committee Member Hosne Ara Lutfa Dalia.

Speaking on the occasion, Obaidul Quader said Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina laid emphasis on member collection while going abroad. Following her directives, the member collection programme began in greater Rangpur.
