BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, Oct 26, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - Polls opened Sunday in Argentina for legislative elections that would determine whether President Javier Milei can expand his party's hold on parliament in the second half of his term.

There are 36 million eligible voters who can cast their ballots from 8 am to 6 pm (1100 to 2100 GMT), with preliminary results expected to be released three hours afterwards.
