BOGOTA, July 18, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - Eighteen workers trapped in a gold mine in Colombia have been rescued, the government said Friday.

"They were all found to be in good health," the National Mining Agency said on the platform X after a 12-hour emergency rescue operation in northwest Colombia.
