KYIV, Ukraine, July 2, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - Kyiv said Wednesday it was trying to 
get concrete information from Washington on the White House's announcement 
that the United States would halt some weapons supplies to Ukraine.

"We are clarifying the situation. I think that everything will be clarified 
in the coming days," presidential aide Dmytro Lytvyn told reporters, shortly 
after Kyiv summoned a US diplomat to stress the "critical importance" of 
American military supplies in defending against the Russian invasion.
