CHATTOGRAM, Nov 23, 2022 (BSS) -A team of Sadarghat River Police, in a drive,
today seized 2,000 meters of current net from different areas of the Halda
river under Raozan upazila of the district.

The police team, led by In-charge of Halda River Police outpost Enamul Hoque,
conducted the drive in different areas at Khochukhain Point of the river and
seized the fishing net.

Regular drives will continue to protect the only natural fish breeding
ground, its dolphin and biodiversity of Bangabandhu Fisheries Heritage, he
added.
