BENAPOLE, Jashore, Aug 17, 2022 (BSS) - Boarder Guard Bangladesh (BGB)in a drive arrested a man with 16 gold bars from Goga frontier in Sharsha upazila in the district today.

The detained was identified as Jony, hailed from Benapole Port Thana area.

Commander of BGB-21 lieutenant colonel Tanvir Rahman said, on information, a team of the BGB conducted a raid in United High School area around 9 am and held Jony. Searching him, they found the gold bars.
