MYMENSINGH, Aug 4, 2022 (BSS) - Bangladesh Journalists Welfare Trust has
disbursed cheques amounting to Taka 10.50 lakh among indigent and sick
journalists here today.

Mymensingh Journalist Union President Ataul Karim Khokon handed over the
cheques among the nine indigent and sick journalists at a programme held at
the Mymensingh Press Club auditorium this afternoon.

Vice-president of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists Mymensingh unit
Mosharraf Hossain, its Joint Secretary General Amit Roy, Mymensingh
Journalist Union General Secretary Mir Golam Mostafa, among others, spoke on
the occasion.

Mymensingh Journalists Union organised the cheque distribution ceremony.
