RANGPUR, July 24, 2022 (BSS) – Forty-six destitute women and men received cheques amounting to Taka 25 lakh from the Prime Minister’s Fund in a function held at Phulbari upazila town in Dinajpur district this afternoon.
 
Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education heroic freedom fighter Mostafizur Rahman Fizar, MP distributed the cheques as the chief guest.
 
Phulbari Upazila Nirbahi Officer Reaz Uddin presided over the function organized by Phulbari upazila administration at its conference room.

Phulbari Upazila Parishad Chairman Ataur Rahman Milton and Upazila Vice-chairmen Manju Roy Chowdhury and Neeru Shamsunnahar addressed the occasion as special guests.  

Upazila level officials of different government departments, public representatives, teachers, media workers, civil society members and professions were present in the event.
