GAIBANDHA, July 16, 2021 (BSS) - A total of 700 distressed families of Kachua union under Shaghata upazila in the district got financial assistance as gift of Prime Minister to celebrate the forthcoming Eid-ul-Azha, one of the largest religious festivals of the Muslims.

A cash distribution function was held on the premises of Union Parishad (UP) complex on the occasion yesterday.

UP chairman Mahabubur Rahman formally distributed the cash money as the chief guest.

Each of the beneficiaries got cash TK 500.
