RANGPUR, Feb 10, 2022 (BSS) – The total number of Covid-19 first dose recipient citizens rose to 1,09,08,743 with inoculation of 16,183 more citizens with the first dose of the jabs today in Rangpur division.  
 
“Among the 16,183 new first dose recipients, 1,757 were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 831 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 5,428 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 8,167 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs today,” said Divisional Director (Health) Dr Abu Md Zakirul Islam at 7:40 pm.  
 
The total first dose recipient 1,09,08,743 citizens include 38,49,938 people vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 51,83,350 people with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,31,871 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs, 17,01,736 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 41,848 with Sinovac Covid-19 jabs.
      
Meanwhile, the number of the second dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine rose to 67,98,548 with inoculation of more 54,977 people with the second dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
Among the 54,977 second dose recipient citizens, 11,360 people were inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 14,746 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 18,871 with Pfizer Covid-19 jabs and 70 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs in the division today.    
 
The second dose recipient 67,98,548 citizens include 17,10,196 inoculated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs, 47,08,195 with Sinopharm Covid-19 jabs, 1,27,307 with Moderna Covid-19 jabs and 2,52,850 with Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
 
Besides, the number of the booster dose recipients of Covid-19 vaccine reached 2,30,224 people with the inoculation of 7,784 more citizens with the booster dose of the jabs today in the division.
 
“The 2,30,224 booster dose recipients include 2,22,485 vaccinated with AstraZeneca Covid-19 jabs and 7,709 Pfizer Covid-19 jabs,” Dr. Islam added.
