RANGPUR, Jan 10, 2022 (BSS) - Rangpur Metropolitan Police (RpMP) today awarded its four personnel with crests, certificates and cash money for discharging professional duties outstandingly during the month of January last.

Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mohammad Abdul Alim Mahmud distributed the awards at the monthly crime assessment meeting for January-2022 held at his conference room.
 
He distributed the crests, certificates and cash money among the four police personnel for their praiseworthy performances in handling crimes and maintaining law and order in January last.

The awarded police personnel are: Sub-inspector (SI) Md. Ershad Ali of Kotwali Thana, Assistant Sub-inspector (ASI) Rajib Roy of Haracgachha Thana, SI Swapan Kuamr Roy of the Detective Branch and Sergeant Paritosh Chjndra Roy of Traffic (South) of RpMP.

The RpMP Chief reviewed various criminal activities in the Rangpur metropolitan area India  January last and gave essential directions to the police officials concerned for controlling crimes and maintaining law and order.
 
Additional Commissioner of Police of RpMP Md. Mehedul Karim, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters and Admin) of RpMP Mohidul Islam its Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crimes) Abu Maruf Hossain, Deputy Commissioner of Police (City Special Branch) Abu Bakar Siddique, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Menhazul Alam and other officials were present.
