SHARIATPUR, Feb 10, 2022 (BSS) - A total of 2,000 blankets were distributed among the helpless, poor, cold-hit and distressed families of Naria municipality in the district today.
 
   The warm clothes were distributed at the personal initiative of Shahidul Islam Babu Rari, the joint general secretary of Upazila Awami League and former mayor of Naria municipality.
 
   The blankets were distributed from at the house of Shahidul Islam Babu Rari in Lansing village under Naria Municipality around 10.30am.
 
   General Secretary of Naria Upazila Awami League Master Hasanuzzaman Khokon, Chairman of Bhumkhara Union Md. Alamgir Hossain, leaders of Upazila Awami League, among others, were present on the occasion.
