JAMALPUR, Feb 4,2022 (BSS)- A man and his son were electrocuted while repairing torn electric wire in Sarishabari upazila here this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Md Intaz Ali, 50, and his son Firoz Miah of village Gobindapatal under Sarishabari upazila.

Jamalpur Palli Bidyut Samity sources said Firoz Miah  got electrocuted while repairing a torn electric wire of an irrigating machine during rain. At that time Intaz Ali also electrocuted in a bid to rescue him.
