MEHERPUR, Jan 16, 2022 (BSS) - A mobile court today sentenced two private clinic owners to 10 days jail and fined Taka 30,000 to another owner of a nursing home in the town. Abdul Latif, owner of Rabeya Medical Services, and Mukul Bashar, owner of Apollo Clinic were awarded 10 days jail by the court which fined Taka 30,000 to the owner of Sono Nursing Home, JP Agarwal. Executive magistrate Md Abu Syeed passed the order as per section 13 of Medical Practice and Private Clinics and Laboratories Ordinance.
