BAGERHAT, March 19, 2026 (BSS) - A discussion, prayers and iftar mahfil on significance of the holy month of Ramadan was organized by Hilful Fuzul Student Foundation in Kachua of the district. 

Bagerhat-2 constituency MP Sheikh Manjurul Haque Rahad was present at the event as the chief guest. Held at the ground of Khalishakhali Government Primary School in Moghia Union of the upazila, it was chaired by Hilful Fuzul Student Foundation founder General Secretary S.M. A. Jubaiyer Rana. 

Jamaat-e-Islami Bangladesh Kachua Upazila Branch Ameer Maulana Rafiqul Islam, Kachua Upazila BNP former president Advocate Nurul Amin Sikder, Central Chhatra Shibir leader Md. Enamul Kabir, Jamaat Upazila Secretary Maulana Shahidul Islam, Alhaj Sikder Mozammel Hossain along with various political leaders and dignitaries of the area were present at the event.
