RANGPUR, March 2, 2026 (BSS) – The two-year (2026-27) Jatiyatabadi Officers Forum Committee of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) Unit was announced in a meeting held at the university's administrative building today. 

The committee was formed by voting in  presence of all the general members of the forum with Dr Md Rokunuzzaman as the president, Dr Md Ziaul Haque as the vice-president and Md Mamdudur Rahman as the general secretary, said a press release. 

The other members of the newly formed committee are: Md Tariqul Islam-Assistant General Secretary, Md Abdul Wadud Sarkar-Treasurer and ATM Shahidul Islam (Sujan), Md Ahsanul Kabir, M Sohrab Mondal and Md Ahsanul Habib as executive members.
