NARAIL, Dec 29, 2021 (BSS) - The newly-elected 12 UP chairmen, 117 general

members and thirty nine members in women reserved seats of Narail sadar
upazila took oath on Wednesday.  

  Narail deputy commissioner Md Habibur Rahman administered the
oath to the elected UP chairmen and Narail sadar upazila nirbahi officer
(UNO) Sadia Islam administered the oath to the elected general members and
members in women reserved seats at a function at the conference room of the
district Shilpakala Academy.  

  Auria UP newly-elected chairman S M Palash, Maizpara UP chairman Md Jashim
Molla, Hobokhali UP chairman Tipu Sultan, Korola UP chairman Ashish Kumar
Biswas, Chandibarpur UP chairman Md Azizur Rahman Bhuyan,Shinga-Sholpur UP
chairman Saiful Islam Hitu, Mulia UP chairman Rabindranath Adhikary,
Shaikhati UP chairman Golok Chandra Biswas, Shahabad UP chairman Ziaur
Rahman, Bashgram UP chairman Md Rafiqul Islam Fakir, Tularampur UP chairman
Tipu Sultan and Bichali UP chairman Himayet Hossain Faruq and 117 general
members and thirty nine members in women reserved seats took oath.  

  Narail Police Super Probir Kumar Roy, district council chairman Advocate
Sohrab Hossain Biswas, district Awami League president Advocate Subash
Chandra Bose, secretary and sadar upazila parishad chairman Nizam Uddin Khan
Nilu, municipality Mayor Anjuman Ara, and other officials of deputy
commissioner's office were present in the oath-taking ceremony.  

  The deputy commissioner urged the newly-elected UP Chairmen and Members to
render their services with the commitment of building the nation free from
all sorts of curses like corruption, terrorism, extremism and drug-addiction.
