RAJSHAHI, Dec 6, 2021 (BSS) - Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH)
recorded three more fatalities in its Covid-19 unit during the last 24 hours
till 6am today.

   RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani said one of the new
deceased tested positive for Covid-19 and he was a resident of Natore.

   Two others were each from Naogaon and Pabna districts and they were
suffering from Covid-19 symptoms.

   Meanwhile, seven more patients were admitted to the Covid-19 unit during
the last 24 hours, taking the number of admitted patients to 31, including
seven tested positive for Covid-19, at present.

   Seven other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.

   On the other hand, nine more patients tested positive for Covid-19 after
testing 226 samples in Rajshahi's two laboratories on Sunday, showing a 4.37
percent positivity rate against 1.32 percent on Saturday.
