NAOGAON, Sept 25, 2025 (BSS) - Raninagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) has provided financial assistance to two helpless children of the upazila to continue their studies.

UNO Rakibul Hasan handed over a check of Taka 15,000 to the children at his office this morning.

After receiving the check, the children said they want to continue their studies.

Pritam, 11, a student of class 7, and Priyoshi, 7, a student of class 2, who lost their mother, are the children of Dablu Pramanik, a mentally disabled man.

The mother of the two children, Purnima, died at her home on April 11 due to illness.
