JASHORE, March 05, 2025 (BSS) - On behalf of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, the party has distributed Iftar items to 250 destitute families in the district on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Swechchhasebak Dal Central President SM Jilani distributed those iftar items to the poor families attending a programme organized in front of the district BNP office in the city's Laldighi area as the chief guest today.

Each packet of Iftar comprised date, chickpea, flattened rice (chira), puffed rice (muri), vermicelli (semai), sugar, soybean oil, pulses, potato and onion.

BNP Central Committee Khulna Divisional Acting Organizing Secretary Anindya Islam Amit, District BNP President Syed Saberul Haque Sabu, General Secretary Delwar Hossain Khokon, District Swechchhasebak Dal Convener Mustafa Amir Faisal and Member Secretary Rajedur Rahman Sohag were present, among others, on the occasion.
