GAIBANDHA, OCT 22, 2021 (BSS) - A two-day workshop for the journalists on
strategic communication to ensure good governance began at the Circuit House
here today.

  National Institute of Mass Communication (NIMC) has arranged the workshop
under its Platforms for Dialogue Project.

  With Shahin Islam in the chair, the programme was attended by additional
secretary of government and project director Dr. Md. Golam Faruque as the
chief guest.

  Deputy Commissioner Abdul Matin spoke at the event as the special guest
while director (admin) of NIMC Md. Manjurul Alam was the moderator.

  A total of 30 journalists from print and electronic media are taking part
in the workshop.
