SYLHET, Sept 26, 2021 (BSS) - Two people were killed in a road accident

in Doamir area on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway under Osmaninagar upazila of the
district this morning.

     The deceased were identified as Edris Ali, 42, hailed from Khulna
district and Kamrul Islam, 50, an inhabitant of Gopalganj district.

     Officer-in-Charge of Osmaninagar Police Station Shaymol Bonik said the
accident occurred in the area at around 6:30 am when a truck hit another
standing truck, leaving the duo dead on the spot.

     Police recovered the bodies and sent these to MAG Osmani Medical College
and Hospital morgue.
