TANGAIL, Feb 17, 2024 (BSS) - Two motorcycle riders were killed and another one was injured in a road accident in Modhupur upazila of the district this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Bani Amin Orange, hailed from Boali village in Modhupur upazila and Tanveer, a resident at Khagorhor village in Mymensingh Sadar upazila.

Officer-in-Charge of Modhupur Police Station Murad Hossain said the accident occurred in Nakibari area on the Jamalpur-Modhupur road when two motorcycles collided head-on, leaving three motorbike riders injured.

The injured were sent to Modhupur Upazila Health Complex where the on duty doctor declared Amin and Tanveer dead.
