NOAKHALI, Jan 30, 2024 (BSS) - District Department of Narcotics Control in a drive held two drug peddlers with 3500 pices of yaba tablets in Sadar upazila today.

The detained were identified as Md Jakir Hossain, 55, and Md Badsha Khan, 34. They were the residents in Aujbalia area of the upazila.

Assistant Director Abdul Hamid said, being informed, Department of Narcotics Control conducted a raid at Purbo Aujbalia village in the morning and held them with the yaba tablets.

A case was filed with Sudharam Thana.
