CHAPAINAWABGANJ, Sept 18, 2023 (BSS) - One person was killed in a road mishap
in Sheikh Hasina bridge area under sadar upazila in the district on Sunday.

The victim was Md Mofazzal Hossain, 42, son of late Jasim Uddin of Masjidpara
in Chapainawabganj municipality.

Police said the accident took place at around 2 pm as a trolley hit a tempo
from behind injuring Mofazzal seriously.

He was rushed to the Chapainawabganj sadar hospital where he succumbed to his
injuries under treatment.

Officer in charge (OC) of Chapainawabganj Sadar Model thana Md Sajjad Hossain
confirmed.

A case was recorded with the police station.
