JHENAIDAH, May 24, 2023 (BSS) - Sewing machines were distributed among 40 trained disadvantaged women at a function in the auditorium of the District Youth Development Department office here today.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) SM Rafiqul Islam distributed the sewing machines as the chief guest this morning with deputy director of Department of Youth Development of the district Bilkis Ara in the chair.

Rotarian A Q Siddiqui, executive director of non-governmental organization of CO Samsul Alam were present as the special guests.

After a discussion meeting, free sewing machines were distributed from the Department of Youth Development among 40 trained women.
