JOYPURHAT, March 30, 2023 (BSS) - Two people were crushed under the wheels of a train in two separate places in the district today.
 
Officer-in-Charge of Santahar Railway Police station Mukter Hossain said an unidentified man was crushed under the train 'Barendra Express' in the Bagjana Khirarpukur area in Panchbibi upazila of the district this morning.
 
Meanwhile, an elderly woman identified as Durgarani, 70, was crushed under the Barenrade train near Teghor rail gate in Sadar upazila.
