JHENAIDAH, Feb 5, 2023 (BSS)-Police in a drive today held three people with two mounds of fake honey from Jhenaidah town.

The detainees were identified as Pradip Tanchainga, 39, hailed from Bandarban district, Anglaching Chakma, 42, an inhabitant in Cox’s Bazar district, and Manglainga Chakma, 45, a resident in Cox’s Bazar district.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Jhenaidah Sadar Thana Sheikh Mohammad Sohel said, acting on information, they conducted a raid at Paglakanai area in the town this noon and held them with the fake honey.

The arrestees were sent to the court later after filing a case with Sadar Police Station.
