MANIKGANJ, Feb 4, 2023 (BSS)-A motorcycle rider was killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Aricha Highway in a head- on collision near Baniajuri

The deceased was identified as Hridoy Khan, 23, son of Mojlish Khan of village Bohrabari Taluknagar under Daulatpur Upazila of the district.
 
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Ghior Police Station Aminur Rahman said the accident occurred at about 10.30 am when a Paturia bound passenger bus of a private transport company collided head on with a Dhaka bound motorcycle, leaving the motorcycle rider killed on the spot.

The body was sent to Manikganj 250-beded Sadar Hospital for autopsy.

A case was filed with Ghior Police Station in this connection.
