RANGPUR, Jan 31, 2023 (BSS) - The number of administered Covid-19 jabs rose
to three crore 71 lakh 15 thousand and 432 in Rangpur division with the
inoculation of more 1,17,023 doses as the first, second, booster and fourth
doses on Monday.  
 
"Among the administered 1,17,023 Covid-19 jabs on Monday, 2,859 jabs were
inoculated as the first, 1,43,88,442 as the second, 27,293 as the booster
doses and 43,471 jabs as the fourth doses," said Divisional Director (Health)
Dr ABM Abu Hanif.
     
Till Monday, a total of 1,57,17,917 people got the first doses of Covid-19
jabs, and of them, 1,43,88,442 got the second doses, 68,90,665 got the
booster doses and 1,18,408 got the fourth doses of the jabs.
 
Meanwhile, the total number of Covid-19 patients remained steady at 64,955 as
no fresh Covid-19 case was diagnosed after testing one new sample on Monday.
    
The number of recovered Covid-19 patients remained steady at 63,660 as no
more patients healed during the last 24 hours ending at 8 am today in the
division.
 
"Besides, the number of casualties remained steady at 1,293 as no new death
was reported during the last 24 hours," Dr Hanif added.
