DHAKA, April 14, 2026 (BSS) - Ten leading pharmaceutical companies from Bangladesh have begun showcasing their products at the three-day 'Pharma West Africa 2026' exhibition, which commenced today at the Landmark Centre in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria.
The participation of the Bangladeshi delegation is being financially supported by the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) and managed by the Bangladesh High Commission in Abuja, Nigeria, said a press release here.
The initiative aims to strengthen the presence of Bangladesh's pharmaceutical sector in the international market, particularly within the West African region.
The ten prominent Bangladeshi firms representing the country at the fair include Acme Laboratories, Aristopharma, Incepta Pharmaceuticals, Euro Pharma, Nivian Pharmaceuticals, Radiant Pharmaceuticals, Ziska Pharma, Everest Pharmaceuticals, Orion Pharmaceutical and SK+F (S-K-F) Pharmaceuticals.
The 'Pharma West Africa 2026' trade fair is a significant global event, featuring 250 pharmaceutical supply companies from approximately 50 countries.
The exhibition is expected to draw over 4,500 professional buyers, providing a massive platform for Bangladeshi manufacturers to network and build commercial ties.
