DHAKA, Dec 15, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed a year-on-year growth of 23.6 percent reaching US$1707 million in the fourteen days of December, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued today.

 Last year, during the same period, the country's remittance inflow was $1,381 million.

 During the July to Dec 14, 2025 of the current fiscal year, expatriates sent remittances of $14,746 million, which was $12,519 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
