DHAKA, Sept 17, 2025 (BSS) - The office bearers of the Institute of Chartered 
Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), led by its President, M Naseemul Hye, 
called on Mahbubur Rahman, Secretary of Ministry of Commerce, at his office 
at Bangladesh Secretariat today.

On behalf of the delegation, the President introduced the Office Bearers to 
the Secretary and apprised him of various activities that ICSB undertook for 
professional development as well as its future plans.

The Commerce Secretary gave an attentive hearing to various activities of the 
Institute and appreciated the role of ICSB towards the development as well as 
promoting the Chartered Secretaries profession in the country. Mahbubur also 
assured them of extending his continuous support.

A K M. Mushfiqur Rahman, Vice President and Md Shamibur Rahman, Secretary in 
Charge and Senior Executive Director (F&A) of the Institute were present at 
the meeting.
