ZURICH, March 29, 2023 (BSS/AFP) - Sergio Ermotti will return as CEO of banking giant UBS to pilot the acquisition of troubled rival Credit Suisse, the board announced Wednesday.

"The board of directors of UBS have appointed Sergio P. Ermotti as Group Chief Executive Officer and President of the Group Executive Board, effective on 5 April 2023," their statememnt said.
