2 fake doctor fined in Ctg
 
CHATTOGRAM, Aug 6, 2025 (BSS) – A mobile court here today fined two fake doctors Tk 1.0 lakh for treating patients without registration from the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC).
 
Executive Magistrate and Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Khondaker Mahmudul Hasan of Satkhania  Upazila along with Upazila health complex doctor  Dr. Mohammad Mozammel Haque conducted a drive at An-Noor Sheba Center in the upazila's Thakurdighirpar Mosque Market and Medical Center Pharmacy in Chhamdia Pukurpar under the upazila today.

The mobile court fined the two fake doctors Tk 1.0 lakh.
 
RAB sources said the couple treated patients introducing themselves as doctors and opened the pharmacy without approval from the authorities concerned.
