People of Hawa bhaban are doing ill-politics: Nasim
DHAKA, May 12, 2021 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) Joint-General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nasim today said the people of Hawa Bhaban are doing ill-politics both from home and abroad as they want to build a religion-based country with the help of militant forces.
He was speaking at a function organized by Dhaka North city Unit of Swechasebak League as the chief guest to distribute Eid gifts and food items among helpless and unemployed people at Kawla Civil Aviation School ground at Dhaka Airport.
He said the militant force led by the BNP-Jamaat forces are still doing ill-politics in the country. “We do not believe in violence. We believe in the politics of development and progress,” he said.
He said the leaders and workers of Awami League and its associate bodies have stood by the people during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic in line with the directions of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
With Dhaka North City Unit of Swechasebak League President Ishaq Miah in the chair, the programme was conducted by its General Secretary Anisur Rahman Naeem.
Dhaka North City unit of AL General Secretary SM Mannan Kochi, Co-President Mofiz Uddin Ahmed, Awami Swechchhasebak League President Nirmal Ranjan Guha, General Secretary Afzalur Rahman Babu and Office Secretary Azizul Haque Aziz were present, among others, on the occasion.
