DHAKA, Feb 28, 2021 (BSS) – Bangladesh Muktijuddho Mancha (BMM) today staged a joy rally congratulating Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for attaining United Nations’ (UN) recommendation for Bangladesh’s graduation from Least Developed Country (LDC) status.
Leaders and activists of the platform, led by its central President Aminul Islam Bulbul and General Secretary Al Mamun, brought out the rally from the Anti-terror Raju Memorial Sculpture of TSC on DU campus this afternoon.
Later, the marchers paraded Shahbagh area and held a brief rally in front of national museum before ending the program.
BMM DU unit President Sonet Mahmud, President of its Dhaka North city unit Milon Dally and leaders and activists of BMM’s different units took part in the rally.
