DHAKA, July 19, 2020 (BSS)- As part of its regular drives at hospitals, a mobile court of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) today raided Shahabuddin Medical College Hospital in city’s Gulshan area and arrested two persons as they protested the RAB’s raid at the health facility.
Of the arrested, one was identified as assistant director of the hospital Dr Mohammad Abul Hasnat.
RAB Executive Magistrate Sarwar Alam, who led the drive, told BSS that the drive started at 3 pm today and it is still going on as RAB is checking hospital’s various service processes and documents so that irregularities are not happened.
Detail information about the drive will be announced before the media after the completion of the raid, he added.
