AL-EID-GREETING
AL greets countrymen on Eid-ul-Fitr
DHAKA, June 3, 2019 (BSS)-Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has greeted the countrymen as well as the Muslims across the world on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the greatest religious festivals of the Muslim Ummah.
She prayed for continued peace, progress and prosperity of the country and the Muslim Ummah, said a party press release today.
“After a month-long self-restraint, Eid-ul-Fitr has brought the message of happiness. Eid builds unity, harmony and warmth among the people,” she said.
The AL president said Eid fills up the heart of all people with peace, sense of fellow feeling and fraternity and helps bond equality, friendship and harmony.
In a separate message, AL general secretary and road, transport and bridges minister Obaidul Quader has greeted the countrymen on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr
