Speaker condemns New Zealand shooting
DHAKA, March 15, 2019 (BSS) – Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury today strongly condemned the shooting at two mosques in New Zealand.
In a condolence message, the speaker prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Media reports said the shooting at two crowded mosques during Friday prayers in Christchurch left at least 49, including three Bangladeshi nationals, killed and wounding scores others.
