20 held in Habiganj
HABIGANJ, Oct 4, 2018 (BSS) – Police arrested 20 persons including six drug
traders, 13 wanted accused and an accused in regular case from different
areas of the district in last 12-hour ending at 9am this morning.
Police also seized 500 pieces of Yaba tablets and one kg of Ganja during
the drives.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP-Media) Nazim Uddin said, they were
picked up from different areas of the district on different charges.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending
with different police stations against the arrested persons, the sources
added.
The arrested were sent to jail.
