Reelect Awami League for continuation of country’s development: Mostafizur

RANGPUR, Sept 22, 2018 (BSS) – Minister for Primary and Mass Education
Advocate Mostafizur Rahman, MP, has called upon the common people to reelect
Awami League (AL) in the next general elections for continuation of national
development.

“Unprecedented developments have taken place in last 10 years under the
dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Bangladesh will have a
stronger footage to become a developed country by 2041 if AL was elected this
year again to power,” he said.

The minister said this at a public rally held on Fulbari upazila parisahd
premises of Dinajpur district after inaugurating construction works of 10
development projects at a cost of Taka 8.40 crore in different areas of the
upazila as the chief guest on Friday.

The projects include construction works of a Muktijoddha Complex building
at Neemtola Mour of Fulbari municipality spending Taka 2.10 crore and
academic buildings of nine government primary schools at a cost of Taka 6.30
crore in the upazila.

Presided over by Fulbari Upazila Nirbahi officer Abdus Salam Chowdhury,
President of upazila AL Haider Ali Shah, its General Secretary Mushfiqur
Rahman babul, Upazila Engineer Md Shahiduzzaman, Upazila Primary Education
officer Hossain Bhuiyan addressed the occasion as special guests.

Later, the minister distributed cheques of Taka 51.80 lakh among 70
beneficiary poor and distressed women of seven unions of the upazila working
in various development projects of LGED under its Upazila Engineer’s Office
as each beneficiary got Taka 74,000.
