DHAKA, Sept 22, 2018 (BSS) – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed
deep shock and sorrow at the death of Osman Gani, the panel mayor of Dhaka
North City Corporation (DNCC) and president of Badda Thana Awami League in
Dhaka.
In a condolence message, the prime minister prayed for eternal peace of
the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Osman Gani died at a Singapore hospital this morning while undergoing
treatment there, DNCC sources said.
