DHAKA, Aug 14, 2018 (BSS) – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed
deep shock and sorrow at the death of Opposition Chief Whip in Parliament Md.
Tajul Islam Choudhury.
In a condolence message, the premier said: “We’ve lost an experienced
parliamentarian in the death of Tajul Islam.”
Sheikh Hasina prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed
profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Tajul, who was elected lawmaker for seven times from Kurigram-2
constituency, breathed his last at the United Hospital in the city last
night.
