DHAKA, April 17, 2021 (BSS)- Information and Broadcasting Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of eminent actress Sarah Begum Kabori.
In a condolence message, he said the noted actress Kabori will ever be remembered through her acting.
Hasan, also Awami League joint general secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sarah Begum Kabori, who was on life support, passed away in the early hours of today at a hospital in the capital at the age of 70.
The National Award winning actress had recently tested positive for COVID-19.
